Reciprocal Current–Retention Conjugacy and Finite Consequence Support in ACRF-4
An Exact 3⊕3 Tangent-Channel Theorem, Gauge-Invariant Loop Gain, and Premetric Front Bound.

Scope
Establishes an exact reciprocal coupling between the ACRF-4 current sector H4 and a retained-edge sector under linearized tangent dynamics, and a finite-support locality theorem for the full-state tangent propagator. Explicitly does not identify H4 with physical space, the retained sector with physical time, or derive an expanding ledger, Lorentz symmetry, the physical value of c, or the inter-host transfer map.
